Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back – it’s that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging for a full refund within 28 days of order receipt.
How to Return
- Complete the return form included in your order package or download HERE.
- UK customers: a free postage label has been included in your package. International customers will need to organise and pay for their own postage label.
- Please ensure that the items are adequately packaged and that the return form is included in the return package.
- Send the return package to the following address: PUSH RIO LTD, PO Box 75348, London, SW1P 9US, United Kingdom.
We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable delivery charges or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. It normally takes up to 10 working days to complete the refund, depending on your bank.
Push Rio does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.pushrio.com to submit a new order for your new items.
Returns & Exchanges FAQs
Push Rio is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. We recommend that you adequately package your return items and that international customers use a reputable shipping company that provides proof of payment and a delivery or tracking number.
Refunds are made by the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 10 working days, depending on your bank. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed. If you need any additional assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email us at email@example.com so that we can sort this out for you. In your email please include your order number, and an image of the fault along with a short description of the issue. Once we have established that an item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.
No postage or delivery charges will be refunded except in the case of faulty items.
Yes. All items are returnable as long as they are sent back to us unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused will all labels and tags intact in their original packaging within 28 days of order receipt.
Although we don’t offer gift wrapping, Push Rio items are sent in lovely handmade silky bags. We can include a customised message – just let us know what you would like to say by completing the Gift Card Message section at checkout.
