Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from receipt of your order. All Express Delivery orders which are placed by 1PM, Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day subject to all products in your order being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email. 

Yes, you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website. For all Express Deliveries you will also be offered additional tracking options via text and e-mail. If for by any reason you are unable to track your order, please contact our Client Services Team at clientservices@pushrio.com.

Although we don’t offer gift wrapping, Push Rio items are sent in lovely handmade silky bags. We can include a customised message – just drop us an email at clientservices@pushrio.com stating your name and the message you would like included in your order.

We deliver to most countries in the world. Destinations are listed at checkout. If you have a delivery enquiry of any sort, please contact us at clientservices@pushrio.com and we will do our utmost to help.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Orders within the UK and EU are duty free. International import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For the USA, the duty threshold is high so there should be no duty to be paid. Please note that customs policies vary by country and we do not have control over these. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.

The free delivery offer will automatically be applied to your bag once you meet the required spend. Our free delivery offer is only available via standard shipping. If you choose express delivery, charges will apply.
